Do I need to choose a date for my tour?
Yes, when you book, you will need to select the date you would like to board the bus.
Can I change the date?
No, once you have selected a date it is not possible to change it or cancel tickets.
What time do the sightseeing tours start and end?
Day Tour (24 hours)
Depending on the time of year and your boarding point, tours operate between 10:00 and 20:30.
Once you board the bus for the first time, your ticket will be activated and you will have 24 consecutive hours to hop on and off our buses freely (if you start using your tickets at 16:00, you will be able to continue using the service until 15:59 the following day*).
*Please note that the day tour ticket does not allow access to the 2-hour night tour. If you wish to take the night tour as well, you will need to make a new purchase.
To complete the full route back to your starting point, you must board the bus before 17:00, as after this time, the tours end at the Louvre-Pyramide.
Night Tour (2 hours)
The Night Tour is a non-stop tour (you cannot get off at any stop).
The departure and arrival point for the Night Tour is stop 5 (156 Avenue des Champs-Elysées) and the bus departure time is 21:15 every day.
Tickets must be used on the date indicated. Seats are subject to availability. Please arrive at the stop in good time to arrange your reservation.
What are the differences between the Day Tour and the Night Tour?
The Day Tour operates between 10:00 and 20:30 approx. You can get on and off the bus as many times as you like for 24 consecutive hours.
Once you board the bus for the first time, your ticket will be activated and you will have 24 consecutive hours to freely get on and off our buses (if you start using your tickets at 16:00, you can continue using the service until 15:59 the following day*).
You can also take the full route back to your starting point, so we recommend taking the bus before 5:00 p.m., as after this time, the tours end at the Louvre-Pyramide.
The Night Tour is a non-stop tour (you cannot get off at any stop). The starting and ending point is stop 5 (156 Avenue des Champs-Elysées) and the bus departure time is 9:15 p.m. every day.
Tickets must be used on the date indicated. Seats are subject to availability. Please arrive at the stop in sufficient time to arrange your reservation.

How long does a full sightseeing tour last?
It takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to complete a full circuit.

What can I see and visit?
Our bus stops are conveniently located near popular points of interest and attractions, so you can hop on and off whenever you like.
You can hop on and off as many times as you like, and of course you can stay on the bus for the entire tour.
*Tickets to activities and monuments must be purchased separately.
Up to what age do children pay?
A child ticket is available for children between 4 and 12 years of age, inclusive.
Children 3 years of age and younger can travel for free when accompanied by an adult.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I use my ticket?
After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.
Our agents will check availability for the selected day and make the reservation on your behalf. If there is availability*, your booking will be confirmed and your ticket will be sent to you by email.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
One third of our fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck, and we try to ensure that these vehicles are evenly distributed across services.
